Homburg Commercial Centre and Nelson's Landing Condominium
The Homburg Commercial Centre provided an opportunity to create an eye-catching water feature at street level that created the elements of surprise and delight in the commercial business park. A park-like setting was created for employees near the building.
The Nelson's Landing Condominium is a garden courtyard that provides visual interest and a recreation space for the residents. The planting concept is that of the New American Garden style comprising hardy perennial ground covers and grasses.
